Booking

Does a mentor have to accept my booking?

No. You pick a time they published, you pay, and the slot is yours. There is no accept step and no waiting.

What happens if a mentor cancels?

You are refunded in full, automatically, whatever the notice. You do not have to ask.

Can I cancel a session myself?

Free up to 24 hours before it starts.

Money

Which currency am I charged in?

PKR, USD or AUD, by region. The figure you see is the figure you pay — there is no conversion at the end.

Do I need a plan?

No. Courses and sessions are bought one at a time, and everything on the site is visible without an account.

Certificates

Can an employer check my certificate?

Yes. Every certificate carries a code anyone can type in, with no account and no sign-in.
