We want you to be sure of what you buy. This policy explains when a refund is due and how to request one. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Courses
A course can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of its lessons. After that, refunds are at our discretion and usually reserved for courses that were withdrawn or materially changed.
Mentorship sessions
A session cancelled by you more than 24 hours before its start is refunded in full. Inside 24 hours no refund is due unless the mentor agrees. A session cancelled by the mentor, or a no-show by the mentor, is always refunded.
Partner service packages
Unused meetings in a package are refundable on a pro-rata basis until the package expires. Meetings already held are not refundable.
How to ask
Open the order under My purchases and choose Request a refund. You will get a decision by email; approved refunds normally reach your account within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
