AcadPak collects the personal data needed to run an education marketplace: your name, email address, timezone, pricing region and — for professionals — a phone number and the profile you publish. Payment details are handled by our payment providers and never stored on our servers.
How we use your data
We use your data to deliver what you bought, to send the transactional emails you cannot opt out of (verification codes, receipts, refund decisions) and, where you allow it, session reminders and product news. Notification preferences are under Settings → Notifications.
Who sees it
Instructors see the names of learners enrolled in their courses and, only if you allow it, your email. Mentors and partners see the details you share when you book. We do not sell personal data. Sub-processors (hosting, email delivery, payments, calendar sync) are bound by contract to use it only on our instructions.
Your rights
You can export or correct your data from your account, and you can close the account yourself. Closure starts a 30-day grace period after which personal data is erased or anonymised, except records we must keep for tax and dispute purposes.
